Refund & Cancellation

Due to the deeply spiritual and personalized nature of our products, Shree Shakti Religious enforces a strict policy regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Strict No Refund & No Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or allow exchanges under any circumstances once an order has been successfully delivered.

Spiritual Reasoning: Every Yantra and sacred idol purchased from our store is specifically blessed and energized (Pran Pratishtha) for the person ordering it. Once a sacred item has been dispatched and enters your aura/space, it cannot be reused, resold, or given to another person. Therefore, all sales are final.

2. Order Cancellations

Because the Vedic energization process begins shortly after an order is placed, our cancellation window is highly restricted:

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided the energization process or dispatch has not yet begun.
  • If the chanting/Pran Pratishtha process has already commenced for your specific order, cancellation will not be possible, and no refund will be issued.
  • To request a cancellation within the 12-hour window, you must immediately contact us on WhatsApp at +91 75050 73455.

3. Damaged or Defective Items (Replacement Only)

While we do not offer refunds, we take full responsibility if an item is damaged during transit. We will gladly offer a Replacement (identical item) under the following strict conditions:

  • An uncut, unedited unboxing video clearly showing the sealed package being opened and the damage to the item is mandatory.
  • The issue must be reported to our WhatsApp support within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Once our team verifies the unboxing video, a fresh, newly energized replacement will be dispatched at our expense. No monetary refunds will be provided.

4. Refusal of Delivery

If a customer refuses to accept a prepaid delivery at their doorstep, the package will be returned to us. Due to the spiritually activated nature of the product, no refunds will be issued for refused or unaccepted deliveries.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refusal to accept a confirmed order results in financial loss and disrespect to the energized items. Future orders from customers who refuse COD deliveries may be restricted to prepaid only.
